If reporting a pupil absent, please ring the dedicated 24 hour telephone line on 01704 577253 (press option 2).

Calls should be made to school by 8.30am on the first day of pupil absence and must be followed up with a letter/email confirming the absence upon their return.

If the absence continues we require a call each day until the pupil returns to school.

If we do not receive notice by 9:20am that your son will not be in school, you will receive a text message asking you to contact the school as soon as possible.
